RASA – The Aesthetic Journey
 

Rasa – the Aesthetic journey, is a forum created by Ananda Shankar Jayant and colleague dancer, Alekhya Punjala in the year 2000, with the aim of presenting some of the best artistic productions in Hyderabad.

  • A brush with God - A painting and sculpture exhibition dedicated to Lord Ganesha by 14 leading artists

  • 3 day Ramayana Dance drama by Kalakshetra, Chennai

Exigencies of our performing careers, teaching engagements and our day jobs, have precluded us from continuing this initiative, beyond 2002. We hope to revive RASA soon.
